Day 1 patient journey: Registration → Screening → Triage → GP consult → Specialist → Diagnostics → Second opinion → Navigation & referral. Priority slots are issued at the end of Day 1 to patients flagged for follow-up.

All participation values are indicative and subject to formal agreement. Nursing staff are deployed by the participating hospital, which retains clinical governance of and indemnity cover for its own specialists. Travel, accommodation and in-country transfers are not included at any level and are coordinated on request, billed at actuals.
